This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries Catering and the execution of the events.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
- Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads
- To hit weekly KPI as set
- Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus
- Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage
- Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions
- Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field - Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding
- Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate across levels
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills
- High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail
- Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), in working condition
