Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. In addition, the Group operates a medical hypermart for healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions and retail pharmacies, to supply pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.**

DESIGNATION : Tele-Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse sales of customers and do other preparatory work before contacting customers
- Maintain and update customer call reports
- Follow up in timely manner on all customers’ queries and co-ordinate closely with colleagues
- Contribute feedback and ideas in strategy and activity-planning to get more sales from customers
- Be prepared to fulfil other additional tasks and duties as and when assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma equivalent
- Have 2 years of relevant working experience, industry experience ideal
- Be extroverted, expressive and attentive in communication
- Willing to share feedback and ideas to enhance overall service for customers
