  • Position Type : Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured telesales calls to engage prospects.
  • Promote available roles/products clearly and persuasively.
  • Convert cold leads into active warm leads.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet weekly targets for call volume, conversions, and bookings.
  • Handle objections and pitch the company/employer brand positively.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion.
  • Work closely with team to improve call scripts, sales techniques, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
  • Confident, energetic phone presence with persuasive skills.
  • Goal-driven mindset and ability to handle rejections.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes is an added advantage.
