Direct prospects to the sales team when needed. Keying in records of call and sales note. Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers. Persistence: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
