**About the Role
**What You Will Do**:

Devise the framework, approach, and drive business and compensation intel to enhance GoTo's broad-based compensation strategy by studying the sentiment of demand and supply of diverse talents in the labor market
- Play a pivotal role to deliver impact in forging strong partnerships within the space of rewards with various stakeholders across the business to execute GoTo's offer strategy for the region
- Design offer metrics, reports, and tools to help the Total Rewards team making informed offer decisions

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's (Masters preferred) in Human Resources, Finance/accounting/statistics, Business Admin, HR
- At least 7 years in Compensation, Compensation Consulting or applicable relevant experience corporate HQ environment
- Prior working experience in other HR specializations particularly Talent Acquisition added advantage
- Extremely numerate with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa (added advantage)
- Outstanding ability to frame, present, articulate ideas and thoughts in written and oral presentations
Ability to work independently within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment
- High integrity and professional work ethics
- Analytical, demonstrates EQ and is grounded
