**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet targets by increasing the profitability of existing portfolio, with focus on increasing deposits, customer count and fee income from FX, Banca and Cash Management products.
- Cross selling of our Bank’s suite of products and regional network.
- Work closely with respective Portfolio Managers to review accounts on a regular basis to prevent non-compliance issues from arising
- Work closely with respective Portfolio Managers to ensure proper and timely submission of CDD reviews, adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.
- Perform operational processes in compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Finance/Business/Economics/Project Management)
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial/SME Banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products and services
- Project management and organisational skills
- Analytical and attention to details
- Written and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and manage various project elements
- Stakeholders management
