Project Manager, Disruption Accelerator

**NOTE**:This role is for TBWA\Singapore's Disruption Accelerator (in-house data capability team)

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day project management for Data projects allocated to you for Disruption Accelerator: Answering client questions, providing information, taking and processing intake brief and addressing any issues.
- Scope projects, manage budgets and be accountable for profit on all projects.
- Setting up appointments/ scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the Disruption Accelerator team and the external local market agencies. Follow up on appointments/ meetings where necessary.
- Utilise project management systems proficiently to support timely project management and delivery.
- Ensure accurate time keeping data entry by Disruption Accelerator team. Follow up team members to complete when needed.
- Compiling, managing all records and manage all filing of projects including assets, decks, scope of work files for Disruption Accelerator.
- Generate and distribute relevant reports on time and with accuracy.
- Training, onboarding and supervising junior support staff where applicable.
- Work into a Business Manager and guide them on project related client management issues.
- Overall, to follow house project management best practices and be an advocate of project management processes within TBWA.

**Operations & Processes**:

- Work with Data Lead to create scope of work and cost estimates
- Work on weekly and monthly delivery reports and check timesheets
- Work on Credit Utilization
- Share important documents with relevant stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks such as setting up calls

**Resource and Project Planning**:

- Support Data leads in their resourcing requirements for all projects you are responsible for.
- Create and maintain project documentation throughout the project e.g. SOW, Timelines, estimates and change requests.
- Lead and guide the co-ordination of relevant departments to ensure project needs are met.
- Accountability for the management of Disruption Accelerator resources, to ensure we limit project financial risks.
- Keep the management function abreast of work pipeline at all times.
- Maintain integrity and quality standards of all agency output

**Profitability**:

- Maintain processes and reconciliation of projects as outlined by Managing Director, Disruption Accelerator, especially in regards to credit tracking versus hours spent
- Champion project management processes and educate all along the way where necessary of financial impacts
- Ensure profitable use and management of third parties
- Help build and be a guardian of TBWA's reputation for reliable and profitable delivery

**Job Specifications:
**Education / Professional**
- Graduate with a good pass Degree (or relevant commercial experience)

**Knowledge Required**
- Understands the nature of advertising industry
- Understanding of overall business operations, needs, challenges and objectives
- Understanding of data analysis and willingness to learn more
