Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Project Manager (AWS)** to join us

Your role will involve managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring that projects meet business objectives and comply with security and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage cloud migration projects from on-premises to AWS, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements
- Work closely with solution architects, cloud architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors to execute the migration strategy
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations
- Lead project teams in the identification of dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource needs to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with AWS cloud security standards, policies, and best practices
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor post-migration performance and ensure operational stability and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably experience in GCC migration
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and security best practices
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience with cloud automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) will be an added advantage
