Manage the planning, design, and execution of mechanical and building services packages for construction projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure client expectations are understood and met.
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical and building services teams, including subcontractors and consultants. Lead team meetings and ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets for mechanical and building services packages, ensuring that all activities are completed within the allocated financial framework.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure all mechanical and building services work is completed on time. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Ensure all work packages meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality protocols. Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to project timelines.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and the selection and management of subcontractors for mechanical and building services packages.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
