MANN & HUMMEL’s digital accelerator aims to create new solutions to make the world more sustainable. Our team is looking for a Program Manager to lead our accelerator program.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the execution of MANN & HUMMEL’s acceleration program called InCube. For each program, you will be handling the intensive program for participants, focused on coordinating all of the resources to give the program teams maximum speed and effectiveness.

Your challenge
Plan, oversee, manage the development and execution of MANN & HUMMEL’s InCube program to include marketing and communications of events for each program, curriculum sessions, and meetings across mentors, government, and industry. Ultimately you will be part of the team to build breakout products and big businesses.
Design processes, playbooks, and policies to standardize and scale MANN & HUMMEL’s InCube program
Event Planning - Management of events in line with our business objectives such as recruitment of both talent and startups, fostering the tech eco-system
Continually revise and maintain a flexible curriculum that is aligned with current best practices
Design and administer surveys and other assessment tools to capture and analyze data for program planning, decision-making, and reporting
Partner with government agencies, industry experts, and outside vendors to improve the quality, scope, and delivery of programs
Grow and maintain the MANN & HUMMEL community. Represent MANN & HUMMEL to government and industry partners
Work with MANN & HUMMEL leadership team to identify ways to incorporate the InCube program into other business lines
Work with the InCube to support their business growth globally, including the business development, marketing and other support such as investor relations.
Be a core driver of this culture. The ability to support and foster a strong culture with the cohort business is a core part of the role.
**Profile**:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
The ability to manage a program from soup to nuts - project/program management, client-facing experience, and event planning experience are ideal, and you’re a quick learner
An ability to think creatively to solve problems and to work without being closely managed
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to speak confidently in settings ranging from large group events to meetings with senior government, industry, and startup leaders
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
