About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed‐term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates. Responsibilities Manage follow‐up communications with external stakeholders to ensure proposed actions are effectively implemented. Monitor detailed reports and systematic tracking systems and alerts to monitor progress for better transparency and productivity, and perform real‐time monitoring of potential issues. Evaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement. Assist in the process of developing automation processes that increase efficiency, user experience, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, including the usage of AI and large language models (LLMs). Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a local university; year 2/3 students are preferred. A data‐centric individual capable of analyzing large quantities of data and making informed decisions based on the insights derived. Demonstrates an understanding of and interest in the cryptocurrency sector. Strong proficiency in Excel preferred. Shows genuine interest in or has experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning and large language models (LLMs). Possesses knowledge of the basic principles and practices of invoice reconciliation. Possesses strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders. Persistent with a keen attention to detail. Adaptable, open‐minded, and comfortable to work in a fast‐paced remote working environment. Embraces a hands‐on approach to tasks and problem‐solving.
