About Us
We are seeking for a highly motivated and talented Business Development Executive with the relevant experience and expansive network within Singapore and South East Asia to accelerate our growth opportunities within Singapore through our corporate/enterprise focused Vodien brand.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth in sales and product engagement through new customer acquisition. You will also be responsible to assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing appropriate initiatives, plans, solutions and proposals working alongside with our highly skilled and experience account management, marketing and support team.- Plan and execute targeted initiatives in collaboration with other departments to drive customer acquisition through a variety of channels.- Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers.- Drive towards meeting challenging, but rewarding targets (uncapped commission), goals and objectives.- Attend face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.-
- Nurture a strong and structured strategy focused towards new customers to tailor appropriate solutions and drive increased engagement in partnership between the organisation and customer.
What we are looking for in a Business Development Executive- 3 - 4 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in the Information Technology, Web Development, or SEO space, and with proven sales track record.- Excellent selling skills with a “hunter” mentality.- Have an entrepreneurial approach with a strong focus on innovation and is passionate towards customer advocacy.- Possesses strong account management and relationship building skills.- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.- Superb analytical skills with efficient ability to evaluate data and implement applicable action items and initiatives.- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance and can handle uncertainty.- Has a proactive approach, take initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.- Is a team player and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
