**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver/Assess training programs focused on elderly care, including daily living assistance, medication management, and dementia care.
- Train participants on communication techniques to address the unique needs of elderly individuals.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic first aid.
- Ensure trainees understand ethical caregiving practices and cultural sensitivities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees during their learning journey.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain up-to-date and comprehensive training materials.
- Assess trainees' skills and provide feedback for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in caregiving, nursing, or geriatric care.
- Certification in ACTA / ACLP.
- Proven experience as a caregiver, healthcare worker, or trainer in elderly care.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of aging-related conditions and their care requirements.
- Ability to empathize with and mentor trainees from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations for elderly care.
