We are looking for Associate Trainer to lead our"Timeless Fitness GERON-EXERCISE" programs. We offer two distinct wellness programs: Steady Strides and Golden Strength. **Responsibilities for trainers include**: - Leading exercise sessions tailored for older adults. - Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions on topics relevant to senior well-being. - Conducting assessments to track participant progress. - Managing class sizes and committing to a minimum number of lessons. **Qualifications**: - Diploma or Degree in Sports Management or any relevant field. - Tactful and enjoy meeting people. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Equivalent Work/Life Experience. - Able to generate new ideas for the team - Basic analytical skills, able to implement basic analytical models in Microsoft Excel or other tools - High determination, service orientation, and ability to work in a team - High degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
