NTUC LearningHub (LHUB) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer Agile
RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are looking for enthusiastic, professional trainer to deliver AGILE training.
- Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment
- Conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers
- Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the plan
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably Degree Holder
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA or DACE
- Relevant certification in the domain of AGILE (for e.g. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- At least 3 year of experience training adult learners in AGILE
- Strong critical thinking skill with a passion for complex problem solving and translating vague information into tangible results
- A passion for AGILE
- Strong core consulting skills, including ability to craft compelling and actionable strategies, meeting and workshop development, management and facilitation, storytelling, writing and presentation development, ideation and concept development, stakeholder interviewing and relationship development, insights development and data analysis
- Ability to engage learners and provide fun while imparting values through the use of games and activities
- Proven expertise in some combination of the following domains: Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP and Crystal, 4 values and 12 guiding principles, drivers and process of implementing agile in an organisation
- Working knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking will be an advantage
