Associate Trainers (Youth Mentors – Gear Up Programmes)

At Mastereign Enrichment, we believe in inspiring and empowering young people to grow in confidence, resilience, and purpose. We are looking for passionate Youth Mentors to conduct our Gear Up programmes – designed to help students build character, develop life skills, and prepare for the challenges ahead in school and life.

Job Description

Conduct one or more of the following Gear Up and youth development programmes:

  • Transition and Motivation Programmes (Primary to Secondary, Secondary to Post-Secondary)
  • Character and Values Education
  • Teamwork and Leadership Development
  • Goal Setting and Self-Discovery
  • Confidence Building and Resilience
  • Communication and Relationship Skills
  • Life Skills and Motivation Workshops
  • After-school engagement and bonding programmes

Your Role

  • Lead and mentor students through interactive and engaging sessions
  • Facilitate workshops and experiential activities during school hours (weekdays)
  • Inspire and guide students to develop positive attitudes and growth mindsets
  • Use creative teaching approaches to connect with youth of different ages
  • Monitor students' progress and share observations with teachers and coordinators

Requirements for Associate Trainers

  • MOE-Registered Trainer (we can assist you with registration if you are not registered yet)
  • Experience conducting youth development, character education, or motivational programmes
  • Able to engage students of different ages, especially upper primary and secondary levels
  • Able to work during school hours (7.30am – 5.00pm)
  • Confident, energetic, and able to project a positive role model image
  • Passionate about mentoring youth and making a difference
  • Self-driven, empathetic, and able to inspire through stories and activities

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
