Participates in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within the haemodialysis clinical setting.
- Establish an effective relationship with patients and maintain good communication with patients and relatives; and give adequate support.
- Promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the IPC and environment policies
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe and in good working condition; and report defects through appropriate channels.
- Maintains accurate patient information in medical records, including Therapy Data Management System (TDMS)/EuClid Clinical Information system and abides by confidentiality and Privacy Policy
- Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care
- Actively participates in the quality improvement process by reporting all incidents, hazards and opportunities for improvement

**What it Takes**:
**Diploma / Degree in Nursing.**

**Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)**

**Min 1 year as Registered Nurse in Singapore - For foreign applicant**

**Fresh Diploma graduate is welcome**

**Advanced training in hemodialysis is a plus**

**Certified and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).**
