As a Staff Nurse (Disability Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervise care staff and oversee daily operations.
- Provide medical care, including emergencies, medication, and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and nursing standards.
- Maintain health records and coordinate medical follow-ups.
- Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility).
- Escort clients to appointments and relay medical updates.
- Monitor vital signs (e.g., glucose, blood pressure) and report changes.
- Collaborate with therapists on rehabilitation programs.
- Train staff, onboard new hires, and document incidents.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
