Roles & Responsibilities

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**
Responsibilities**
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll
General HR administration work (contracts, MOM survey documents, resignation details, etc)
- Monitor and follow up on probation period and written confirmation
- Update the leave record for employees
- Upkeep and maintain personal files for all employees
- New hires orientation / induction
- Maintain proper record of staff data and information administer time management system and staff benefits
- Provide support in all ad-hoc and HR related activities when required

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with Certificate in HRM, Diploma in HRM or business administrative or other related area
Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Good oral and written communications skills in both English and Chinese
