Analytics Lead

We are seeking a talented individual to be the Analytics Lead for Korea at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**Analytics Lead - Korea**

Guy Carpenter's Global Analytics and Advisory group is responsible for providing valued, differentiating insights to our clients around their own growth, capital, and volatility management strategy.

**We will count on you to**:

- Translate complex technical analysis and concepts into easily understandable terms for broker and clients
- Contribute to impactful and insightful discussions with clients on their reinsurance strategy.
- Conduct research on industry/regulatory developments that affect loss liabilities to determine the impact on clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers/clients/reinsurers/colleagues, assist in promptly responding to client queries and concerns.
- Provide technical training to colleagues and the clients

**What you need to have**:

- Experience in reinsurance treaty pricing and catastrophe modeling
- Minimum 15 years of experience in non-life (re)insurance
- Excellent communications, presentations and project management skills
- Strong ability to handle significant workflow through efficient time management
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a diverse team
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean
- Qualified actuary (FCAS, FIAA or FIA)
