As an **Analytics & Campaigns Lead** you'd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we are facing, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high-quality products for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics and Campaign Lead to join our team at Trust Bank. As a senior member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving bank-wide decision-making using data-driven insights. In addition, you will be managing and optimizing data-driven campaigns to improve customer engagement.
In this role, you will report to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer. You own and drive the process of building and improving management reports to enable data-driven decision making. In addition, you will be responsible for leading a team of MI and campaign professionals, overseeing the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and drive the process of building and improving management reports to enable data-driven decision making
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform bank-wide decision-making
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and use these insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement
- Work closely with the data science and product teams to identify opportunities for customer segmentation and targeting, and use your expertise in data analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data-driven metrics and KPIs
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and retention
- Present findings, opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
In order to be successful at the role, you must have the following:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on data analytics and data-driven campaign management
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience working with data, gleaning insights, and driving business decisions at a senior level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Highly analytical, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity
- Familiar with agile practices and be able to work in sprints with data scientists and data engineers to bring data use cases to life
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Business) is preferred
**Role Specific Technical Competencies**
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience working with data, gleaning insights, and driving business decisions
