Role Overview: *
We are seeking an Operations Consultant with **e-commerce grocery** expertise to lead our small, focused Customer Success team.
The role will support our retail clients to improve customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability of their **grocery eCommerce** businesses. The role is truly international, supporting clients in North America, Europe, and Australia, at a time of exciting growth for both Wynshop and the global grocery e-commerce market
**What you will be doing**:
- Supporting operational excellence through benchmarking and sharing best practices of grocery e-commerce businesses
- Spending time with Wynshop customers remotely and on-site, engaging with stakeholders to understand their issues and opportunities for improvement
- Working collaboratively with internal Wynshop teams to influence the product roadmap for functionality and system improvements
- Managing, influencing, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally at all levels, at the right time
- Responding in a timely manner to changing priorities; adapting and adjusting plans as required
- Supporting customers with operating model development, using the right communication and training materials to support successful implementation
- Ensuring sustainability of Customer Success, tracking KPIs, retailer performance, and identifying further improvements
- Being an expert within your area, having awareness of the wider market, and sharing knowledge with the wider team

What you bring to the table: *
- Expertise in* grocery e-commerce* store operations and last-mile fulfillment is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce or grocery retail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a passion to be a hands-on expert in your area
- Versatility and ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing business priorities
- Experience in delivering operational improvement in a retail environment
- Ability to travel to support retailers across the world
- Confidence to work independently with senior stakeholders and lead customer engagement
