**The Opportunity**

As the **FieldGlass Program Asst. Manager **, **Asia **, you will play a key role in Procurement’s ongoing digital transformation, specifically around our new global Contingent Workforce (currently FieldGlass) platform and associated business processes. Your focus will be on supporting the Asia Procurement Technology Lead to ensure the successful operation and implementation of the said procurement platform(s). You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations related activities, active stakeholder engagement, process implementation/optimisation/governance and etc. That your ultimate measure of success will be the successful internal & external adoption, use, and continuous improvement of our Contingent Worker (CW) platform, function, and processes.

**What you will do in the role**:
STRATEGIC FUNCTION: Maintain/Support strategic oversight of the overall CW programs in Asia.
- Responsible for stabilization and operational excellence of CW programs.
- Responsible for driving cost reduction opportunities with the Asia Procurement team in conjunction with Asia Strategic Cost Management (SCM) team, and under the guidance of Head of Procurement Technology, Asia;
- Responsible for operating the agreed Target Operating Model as agreed with the Head of Procurement Technology, Asia;
- Support the implementation CW platform in Asia covering and leading Internal/External Stakeholder engagement, project management and other necessary requirement (including by not limited to Training, UAT testing, Translation as needed, etc )

OPERATIONAL FUNCTION: Point contact for CW programs to Asia stakeholders to ensure full strategic/operational alignment at all times;
- Conduct monthly operation review and support issue resolutions of FieldGlass in Asia;
- To handle all Asia related queries for CW platform.
- Ensure all escalation are handled in a timely manner to the Head of Procurement Technology, Asia or the equivalent Global counterparts as and when it arises;
- Responsible for chairing key community outreach meetings/trainings/workshops, including but not limited to, Asia controllers, Procurement team, Account Payable team, Key Resource Cluster Leads, Asia talent acquisition, and SCM;
- Actively Drive continuous improvement plans (CIP) and closure of such CIP ;
- Project Issue management in Asia
- Stakeholder management
- Project related enhancement (monitoring to deployment).
- Change request
- Manage all other CW programs operational requirement.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 4 to 5+ years in large-scale Procurement System/Procure to Pay (P2P) Global/ Asia Region implementations.
- 4 to 5+ years people leadership experience (direct and/or matrix)
- Expert in Procurement System/P2P workflow knowledge
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information, and make informed recommendations
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively in English at all levels, including written, verbal and visualizations / presentations
- Strong planning and organization skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills especially in Global and Asia context.
- Relevant accreditation (e.g: in Procurement, Supply Chain, P2P certifications, Project management, etc.) an asset
- Experience with Agile methodology an asset.
