**Role: Senior Manager, HR Operations (APJ)**

As the Senior Manager of HR Operations (APJ), you will be instrumental in leading a dynamic global HR Operations team that will allow us to build a scalable HR operations process within APJ area. In this role, you will partner with key business stakeholders throughout the organization and our HR team to seek out opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable an employee experience that is seamless, consistent, efficient and bureaucracy-free. You will be responsible for all the employee facing experiences that are facilitated by the HR team.

To be successful, you will bring a deeply analytical and process-oriented mindset and have HR experience in operations and project management. This position requires the ability to think strategically, but also an enthusiasm for “rolling up your sleeves” and executing tactically. Your role is key in managing our Shared Service strategy in the region.

**What you'll do at UiPath**:

- Manage a regional team of 7+ HR Junior and Senior Specialists delivering HR Operations services for APJ area.
- Promote and work towards our strategic goals in implementing the regional Shared Service.
- Design, implement and maintain initiatives that support efficient operations with a focus on increasing manager and employee experience.
- Design, implement, and monitor key HR operations metrics to provide necessary data files and reporting to support business processes and prepare performance presentations.
Oversee the development and management of thoughtful, scalable, HR policies and processes that shape the employee lifecycle and are compliant, efficient, and scalable. This includes onboarding, offboarding, Leaves of Absence, and other compliance related efforts.
- Manage the HR Operations objectives progress and enhance timeliness completion.
- Providing qualitative employee relations services addressing employees’ queries and acting as an adviser to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Analyze, problem-solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations to your team and partners.
- Working with stakeholders to implement sustainable governance processes for data, process, service, and systems.
- Foster teamwork, coach and provide effective feedback to the team members.
- Guide your team to analyze and resolve complex, customer challenges, lead your team through change and create risk mitigation matrix.
- Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet corporate standards and goals.
**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of management experience in leading global teams. Experience in Shared Service set-up is a plus.
- Significant functional experience with cloud-based HR tools; Workday experience is mandatory.
- Expertise in developing and automating dashboards and key metrics.
- Master change management techniques and strong communication skills to lead teams through transformation.
- Energized by problem solving, thinking critically and diving into data to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with peers and leadership.
- Inspiring leader - you champion change and can inspire others to follow your lead.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be vital to ensure you get the consensus needed from your team and other departments.
- Business English: strong written / spoken proficiency is a must; Mandarin as a second language is a plus.
