**Company Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
**As a Human Resource Assistant, you will support the HR department in administrative and operational duties across recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and training coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking to work within the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing documents, organising orientation)
- Maintain and update employee records in both hardcopy and digitally
- Assist in tracking leave, attendance, and medical records
- Prepare HR letters (e.g. confirmation, resignation acceptance)
- Help with monthly payroll preparation and claims processing
- Liaise with Training Dept in organising training and courses
- Support audit documentation
- Any other tasks assigned by HR Exec or Management

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or eldercare environment is a plus

**Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
