Job Summary
'¢ Prepare the development, structure, format and content of the tender in compliance with Cameron's processes and procedures and in accordance with the customer's instructions.
'¢ Undertakes responsibility and ownership of leading simple Level 2 tenders, Requests for Information, Budget Proposal and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
'¢ When necessary, facilitate and lead a tender kick off meeting.
'¢ Ensure tender deliverables are completed by the relevant personnel in accordance with instructions and within the deadlines of the tender activity plan.
'¢ Liaise and interface with the supporting functions within the business to obtain technical, cost and schedule information for products and services included within the tender.
'¢ Coordinate the development and compilation of the final tender document
'¢ Takes responsibility for ensuring the clients requirements/questions are addressed and that the completed tender is issued as prescribed and to a deadline.
'¢ Take the lead role in obtaining the necessary management approvals at the various stages of the tender cycle. (Gate C, Gate D and Gate E)
'¢ Manage the negotiation phase with the customer and support the Sales Lead at clarification meetings with the customer.
'¢ Develop a handover file and presentation to facilitate an efficient handover to project execution following contract award
'¢ Provides support to Tender Lead on complex tenders (Level 2+).
'¢ In Support of the Tender Lead, the Tender Coordinator is tasked with accepting, reviewing and distributing customers Invitation To Tender (ITT) and coordinating the development, structure, format and content of the final tender deliverables in compliance with Cameron's mandatory processes and procedures and in accordance with the customer's instructions. Duties may include:
Minimum Job Qualifications
'¢ Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferable.'¢ Experience in bidding, tendering and/or sales is preferable.'¢ Sound understanding and proven ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.'¢ Excellent process management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask. '¢ Focused and diligent individual who has excellent attention for detail to ensure consistency and accuracy.'¢ Proven and well developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.'¢ Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
