Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), complete tender forms, and compile submission documents
- Monitor tender deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions
- Draft and manage maintenance contracts; track renewals and updates
- Source and assign sales leads from various portals to relevant sales personnel
- Maintain accurate logging of leads from all incoming channels
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team
- Ensure proper documentation of sales and tender-related activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support sales processes
- Guide the Sales Team on file management, documentation practices, and use of sales toolkits
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Local Diploma in relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of document management and version control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in document formatting and preparation.
