**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead and manage a team of security officers, ensuring professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth daily operations

**2.** **Patrolling and Surveillance**:

- Conduct regular patrols to monitor activities, identify potential security risks, and ensure all areas are secure.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance systems, ensuring proper monitoring and reporting of any suspicious activity.

**3. Incident Management**:

- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking necessary actions to resolve them.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and escalate critical issues to management when required.

**4. Training and Compliance**:

- Train security staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), emergency response, and customer service.
- Ensure team compliance with local regulations, company policies, and site-specific requirements.

**5. Customer and Client Liaison**:

- Act as the point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders regarding security concerns.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.

**6. Administrative Duties**:

- Manage team schedules, attendance, and deployment to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, access logs, and equipment inventory.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $3,250.00 per month
