**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Access Control**:

- Monitor and control access to the condominium, ensuring only authorized personnel, residents, and visitors enter the premises.
- Issue visitor passes and maintain a detailed visitor log.

**2. Patrolling**:

- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the premises to ensure safety and detect any security breaches or hazards.
- Check key areas, including common facilities, car parks, and restricted zones.

**3. Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents such as fire, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Assist residents and visitors during emergency situations and follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for reporting and escalation.

**4. Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Address queries or concerns courteously and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or management.

**5. Surveillance and Monitoring**:

- Operate security and surveillance systems (CCTV) to monitor activities within the premises.
- Report and document suspicious activities or irregularities observed during duty.

**6. Housekeeping of Security Posts**:

- Ensure the security post or guardhouse is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Safeguard all security equipment and keys within the post.

**7. Enforcement of Rules**:

- Ensure compliance with the condominium’s rules and regulations, including parking control and noise management.
- Report any violations to the condo management or security supervisor.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $2,650.00 per month
