About the role

As a Senior Security Officer at Primo Guards Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our client's premises in the Bukit Timah Central Region. This is a full-time position that will see you take on a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our security services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Implementing and monitoring security procedures and protocols to mitigate risks
  2. Conducting security patrols and inspections to identify and address any potential security concerns
  3. Liaising with clients and law enforcement agencies as required
  4. Maintaining detailed records and reports of security incidents and activities
  5. Providing training and mentorship to security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  6. Ensuring full compliance with all relevant security regulations and legislation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Security Officer or Supervisor in the security industry
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
  4. Thorough understanding of security best practices and relevant regulations
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the role
  6. Valid Security Officer Licence and certification in security-related training
