**Job Title: Operations Executive**

**Location: At our various studios**

**About Us**:
At Lab Studios, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inspiring space for our community through yoga, barre, and Pilates classes. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless day-to-day running of our studios.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects, maintenance tasks, and daily operations.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

2. **Studio Maintenance**:

- Oversee the cleanliness and overall upkeep of all studios to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Conduct regular checks and audits to identify areas needing attention and implement solutions.

3. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels of studio supplies and merchandise.
- Place orders and manage inventory to avoid shortages while minimizing excess stock.

4. **Repairs and Troubleshooting**:

- Coordinate and oversee repairs for faulty equipment or facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical or operational issues promptly.

5. **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure studios comply with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and equipment standards.
- Regularly inspect studios for hazards and implement preventive measures.

6. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and propose operational efficiencies to enhance the student and teacher experience.
- Assist in rolling out new operational initiatives or policies.

7. **Team Support**:

- Provide on-ground support during events, workshops, or peak hours.
- Work closely with the front-of-house and teaching teams to ensure smooth coordination of schedules and studio usage.

8. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inventory, and vendor activities.
- Provide regular reports on studio performance and operational metrics.

**Working Hours and Schedule**:

- This is a **shift-based role** requiring a **6-day work week**.
- Working hours are **9:00 AM - 1:00 PM** and **5:00 PM - 10:00 PM** at the studio.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in operations, facilities management, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills for troubleshooting minor issues.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and creating a positive community experience is a bonus.
