**Job Description**:
**Business Development**
- Cold call, prospect and identify new customers and opportunities within Asia
- Work with Product development and marketing team to understand product trends and requirement. Provide necessary support if needed
- Update and maintain Salesforce Database
- Follow up and update on Project status

**Leads Generation**
- Contact potential customers to understand and create needs
- Work with FAE team to review solutions with customers
- Work with outside sales to close the link with customer to follow through the project
- Maintain focus on the total customer experience in all interactions with customers and partners

**Systems and Processes**
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
