Initium22 is looking for Business Development Executive(s) to increase sales revenue for all sales channels.

**Responsiblities**:

- Perform in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop and oversee a strong lead pipeline using a variety of techniques
- Actively participate in assigned corporate events and seminars
- Answer enquiries from all channels with professionalism to provide information about our services
- Develop and implement growth strategies in conjunction with the management team; actively participate & manage industry-related events to cultivate a network of prospective partners and clients; identify and investigate new markets.

**Requirements**:

- Entry level position(s)
- Training will be provided
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
