If you know how to treat clients, are well organised and enjoy working independently but in a team environment, then we would like you to join us as our Customer Service and Admin Representative.

Your role will be to handle most of the day to day operations within our Language Centre. This includes managing students bookings, handling billing, liasing with students and teachers, ordering supplies and materials, liasing with advertising companies.

You will work as a point of contact for students as well as an organiser for teachers. We are a small business with a professional, experienced and dedicated staff.

Our main objective is to provide a superior customer service experience to our clients (mostly adults). We value personality and have a family atmosphere where everyone is treated respectfully.

To be selected for this role you will need to be a team player, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability manage booking and appointments. You will also need to be able to use Excel in order to produce some basic sales reports.

Our clients are predominently Japanese, so any experience in dealing with Japanese clients or exposure to Japanese culture will be an advantage.

You will need to work onsite Tuesday - Saturday 9:45am to 6:30pm
Lunch Break 80mins

Only those currently living in Sinagpore will be considered.
