**Client**:SWAMI Home Day Care
**Start Date**:1 October 2025
**Basic Salary**:$1,000/month
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday
- Morning: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Patient Care Assistant / Transport Assistant**to support our day care transport operations. The role involves assisting elderly or mobility-challenged clients during scheduled transport sessions, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accompany clients during transport to and from SWAMI Home Day Care
- Assist clients in boarding and alighting from vehicles, including wheelchair handling
- Ensure proper safety measures are followed during each trip
- Monitor and support the wellbeing of clients throughout the journey
- Communicate respectfully with clients, caregivers, and team members
- Report any incidents or concerns to the supervisor promptly

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to assist clients with mobility challenges
- Patient, empathetic, and attentive to client needs
- Willing to work split shifts (morning and afternoon)
- Prior experience in eldercare, healthcare, or transport assistance is an advantage
- Training will be provided

**Additional Information**:

- Service area includes **Sembawang and surrounding Northern regions**:

- Uniform and necessary equipment will be provided
- This role contributes meaningfully to the wellbeing of our elderly community
