Job Description

As E-COM Operations Support, you are part of H&M Region South Asia’s digital growth. You will be part of a dynamic and driven team that is passionate about driving and delivering the best Omni customer experience in the region. In this analytical, sales driving and project management role; you will be handling coordination and merchandising task with our distribution center (DC) as well as marketplace platform. You will be reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising and Merchandising for ECOM, while being closely mentored by a ECOM Merchandiser. This role is a 6-month contract based in Singapore Support Office, with opportunity to extend (to 9-month) or growth into a permanent ECOM role.

**_ Key responsibilities:_**
- Driving profitable net sales for your concept by analyzing sales figures, kpis, customer purchase pattern; drawing clear conclusions and translating them into concrete follow up actions or strategies.
- Secure the best commercial plan pre and in-season for your concept based on merchandise turn over, commercial believes and previous learnings.
- Ensure the best online customer offer together with the E-commerce Visual Merchandisers.
- Manage the stock levels of your concept by giving input on the buying and ensuring stock freshness.
- Coordinate merchandise allocation and pushes to marketplace platform with DC and all other operations matters.

Qualifications
- Analytical and curious mindset with relevant education in business field.
- Previous ECOM / merchandising related work experience is appreciated.
- Sales driven with a strong commercial sense and have proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Strong leadership personality with project management experience and is a great communicator.
- Have track record in previous and current performance; well initiated and motivated individual, constantly seeking improvement to ways of working; not afraid to try and make decisions.
