**Your key responsibilities**:
- Ensuring compliance with DB policies and procedures, global and local legislative and regulatory compliance including resident labor market testing requirements and other applicable local requirements.
- Responsible for various elements of talent attraction including executing employer branding strategy, utilising social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications to enhance the banks employer value proposition.
- Participating and contributing to various HR related projects and initiatives
- Support and promote execution of Deutsche Bank’s diversity strategy and activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with different teams in order to share best practice; partnering with peers to ensure that the global and regional priorities are implemented, while reflecting and representing local priorities.
- Coordinating with outsourced solutions to support sourcing, interview scheduling, and operational tasks.
- Working across HR, closely with other elements of the HR function, including Advisory, Reward, Talent & Development, COO office, to ensure that greatest value is brought to the client.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Requires experience of 5+ years in recruitment as a recruiter (Financial industry is preferred but not must)
- 2-3 years in recruitment as recruiter / agent for IT industry or division.
- Requires experience of professional hiring in one or more of the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, or Australia.
- Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
- Exhibits knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics
- Should have good exposure in the complete recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding
- Must have excellent Presentation and facilitating skills
- Give attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and adherence to process
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Banking or financial services sector experience is preferred or those sectors that operate within a regulatory environment
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
