Bids and Projects Controller (Ref.No. R1007728)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

- Responsible for financial Project Controlling in conformity with company’s policy with the Financial BL leader and Financial Countries Controllers.
- Perform the multi-unit consolidation of the financial and interface with other units’ project controllers to ensure overall project financial consistency linked with the Financial BL leader
- Ensure analysis to detect any discrepancies, Alert and Propose Actions plan in order to secure the reliability of the P&L of the BL.
- Coordinate and produce monthly consolidated project reports (Dashboard) and forecasts data package with major risks and opportunities identified.
- Guarantee coherence of the Financial data linked with the Countries Financial Controllers.
- Coordinate with the GPM the implementation of the common WBS and insure the coherence with all the entities
- Participate to the implementation of the tools in the Prime Country in order to be able to ensure the consolidation
- Analyze estimate and completion variances, actual progress versus Estimate to Complete.
- Work with the GPM, the Financial Controllers of the concerned units and their PMs to develop accurate cost to complete estimates
- Control & check bottom-up forecast from PMV to the latest approved EAC.
- Validate jointly with PMO to resolve any inconsistency and EAC increase.
- Prepare, validate with GPM the TMM linked with the Country Financial controllers.
- Validate on monthly basis re-forecasting of Sales, GM, Cost Variance, AGM and Cash-in.
- Participate/Interface with customer on billings and ensure the availability of required documents
- Guarantee OCF forecast
- Provide assistance on commercial negotiation on contract changes, claims etc. with customers and subcontractors and validate IFO impact.

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Has project controlling and finance knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in SAPbyD, Microsoft office tools
- Business Understanding in Complex multi-unit industrial projects, transportation business
- Proven Leadership, Organization capabilities, Ability to synthesize and Rigor
- Able to interface with different cultures (international profile), team spirit
