Job Description
- Create product requirements that bring clarity, focus, and prioritization to new products & services.
- Define and improve user journey touchpoints on existing and new products to directly /indirectly impact business metrics.
- Own the end-end product lifecycle from ideation, planning, development, and releases.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Work with UIUX designers, developers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the product is delivered to align with business objectives and strategies.
- Responsible product deliverables are aligned with business objectives and strategies.
- Conduct product training for marketing and retail sales personnel.

Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma qualification in UX, IT, or related tech fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in UX, digital product executive /manager, preferably in Telco, eCommerce, mobile app, rewards & retention industry.
- An experienced UX designer who wishes to transit into a Product Management role is welcome.
- Experience as a Team Lead /Key member in cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, UX/UI, Tech, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile product management.
- Able to handle multiple products concurrently.
- Able to handle stress and tight deadlines.
