Title and Summary Senior AI Product UX/UI Developer Responsibilities Design Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products (MVPs) using human‐centric design principles and rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking)Explore the “art‐of‐the‐possible” in the era of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) while maintaining regulatory compliance Align with Mastercard’s design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility and usability Help define the next generation of data‐driven products for Marketing Services and shape the future of Mastercard and its growth Create a cohesive visual language across web, mobile and IoT form factors Drive future‐state conceptual designs, experimenting to improve overall product design quality Work closely with the technology team to implement modern presentation layer practices such as adaptive/responsive web and forward‐thinking technologies Balance business objectives and user engagement in partnership with product managers All About You Experience in front‐end prototyping and UX engineering concepts Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Dash, Shiny, Grado, Streamlit, Flask Experience developing User Archetypes, Personas and user journeys to inform product design decisions Experience in rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking)Experience articulating elegant and engaging experiences using sketches, storyboards, information architecture blueprints and prototypes Experience implementing creative, usable visual mockups and prototypes Experience using prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Illustrator Understanding of complex information architectures for digital applications Highly motivated and self‐sufficient with a strong bias to action, especially in situations with lack of information Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed Report any suspected information security violation or breach Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines Seniority Level Mid‐Senior level Employment Type Full‐time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Financial Services, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
