**Key Responsibilities**
The Job holder manages and ensures the proper and efficient day-to-day running and maintenance of SATS Catering facility, providing administrative and technical support to the existing building and property.
- Manage appointed Facility Management (FM) contract, direct contractors, service providers and internal staff to ensure business continuity for SATS Catering.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply and efficient use of building utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas, Compressed Air and Steam supply)
- Ensure serviceability of facilities’ equipment and provide quick response to breakdown, working closely with internal stakeholders on requirement e.g. Production, Operation, Hygiene (QA) and Safety.
- Upkeep and Oversee day to day operation of building maintenance at SICC1 (65,000m2) and SICC2 (55,000m2)
- Report on monthly utilities consumption.
- Perform budget planning on the maintenance of premises for the catering centres.
- Conduct quotation exercise for building related works.
- Process and issue Works Order (Purchase Order) for works to be carried out by external parties
- Process month end journal voucher for accrued expenses of SICC1 and SICC2 on the maintenance of premises.
- Certify job completion and process vendors’ invoices for payment.
- Perform upgrading and improvement works to Production areas and admin areas to ensure facilities are in tip top condition for production of meals and users to work in.
- Implement and track cost saving initiatives on utilities consumption.
- Corresponding with local authorities/regulators to ensure compliance to codes and practices for the operation of the facilities.
**Key Requirements**
- B.ENG (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering)
- Certificate in Facility Management will be an advantage
- Holds a Fire Safety Manager Certificate
- Self-Motivated and is a team player
- Good communication and analytical skills
