**About the role**

As part of the Asia Pacific Flower Engineering and Monitoring (FEM) team, this role will act as a project/team leader and select, lead and coach a team of Bolloré Logistics experts in accordance to contractual commitments from award stage to operational Go-Live date.

**What you will be doing**

**1. Manage Implementation project**
- Review global Scope of work (related to award) prepared by Front Office account leader/Tender Management team
- Assess/evaluate client needs for initial scope of project, determine project plan, and schedule agenda with curriculum

for training
- Agree with customer on resources allocated both sides and Project timeline
- Ensure that resources are properly calibrated on customer side to keep project within agreed timeline
- Coordinate and schedule time and/or travel itineraries pertaining to client assignments
- Track billable and non-billable time/expense. Keep expenses reasonable
- Test areas of the project at the appropriate time of development rollout
- Manage project through appropriate tools & standardized methodology
- Move project schedules to closure within expected timeline

**2. Design and perform training for customers**
- Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline the training and implementation processes. This will

include documentation needed for internal/external clients
- Maintain product knowledge, implement and train latest features and functionalities of product at the client site
- Participate to the FEM standardization effort

**3. Ensure customer satisfaction**
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication / retex
- Manage client expectations and challenge client if not in line with its initial supporting commitment / feasible company

- Manage and maintain all client relationships
- Make pre/post-sales presentations to particular clients

**4. Team Management**
- Ensure all changes in Department / Section are shared properly with the team
- Ensure all FEM principles are infused within local teams

**Requirements**:

- Advanced and detailed knowledge of Freight Forwarding
- Hands-on operational experience
- Proven knowledge of Project Management standards (WBS, CPM, PERT, AGILE )
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent project management and general organizational skills
- Standardization mindset
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills (upward / downward communication) and team growth spirit
