Depending on the scale and requirements of each project, activities can range from pre-sales support, requirement gathering, solution design, development, validation, deployment, integration to support & maintenance.

As the Site (Implementation) Manager, you will manage and deliver customer site(s) for implementation team commence deployment of Automated Border Control (ABC) System in accordance with defined specification, time, quality and cost criteria and as per contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage implementation of Automated Border Control (ABC) hardware and software end-to-end after award, maintaining communication throughout the course of the project to meet customer expectations
- Understanding of Operational Excellence as it pertains to Labor Management Systems, Work Force Optimization and Performance Coaching & Observation principles to assure the readiness of site with quality and safety standards and objectives.
- Implement complex business requirements through a variety of tools and technologies.
- Contribute in business decisions including developing ramp up plans and schedules that meet customer requirements while also identifying risks and developing mitigation plans and development improvements
- Ensure team understands expectations and how information is reported and used.
- Coordinate all activities including civil, electrical, IT networking and all relevant activities deemed necessary for implementation of ABC Gates
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, suppliers (external and Internal), inventory and site approval requirements
- Coordinate with relevant Work Package Managers to understand site preparation requirements and supervise its implementation in a timely manner

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management (specification, design and team)
- Has experience in IT infrastructure, electro-mechanical equipment deployments and managing turnkey project deployments
- Good communication skills - fluent in English and knowledge of other regional languages (Asian) is appreciated
