**Job Descriptions**:

- High knowledge in IT (software) is required to do quick action in solving the problems or bugs that occur in our customers' systems.
- Devising plans and strategies to protect our customer’s system from being disturb by the occurring bugs.
- Primarily function to prevent damages or losses by implementing precautionary and corrective measures.
- Maintain familiarity of recovery plans for every critical function.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and/or respond to outages.
- Manage, research, and resolve complex customer escalation incidents.
- May design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management.
- Maintaining system documentation: Document system processes and procedures, maintain system documentation, and ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor threats, alerts, and security vulnerabilities for systems; implement response plan for various types of threats and attacks.
- **To work in accordance with the 18 hours per day shift schedule provided.**:

- Partner and participate in customer troubleshooting calls and incident root causes analysis workgroups.
- Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3 years experience of working in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
- Technical skills:

- You should have a strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure, as well as experience with programming languages **(Javascript, Java, Golang) **, operating systems **(Linux, Unix) **, and database management **(MySQL, MongoDB) **. Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as **AWS **is also desirable.
- Open-minded and willing to accept all kinds of challenges.
- Problem-solving skills: You should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
