**What would your role be as a Cloud & Infrastructure Analyst?**:

- Gather customers’ requirements and transfer them into quality solutions.
- Implement and validate designs and solutions.
- Develop automation scripts wherever possible to improve the team’s abilities.
- Performs system administration activities.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Support security audits by configuring and hardening systems.
- Generate new ideas to create better solutions for our customers.
- Maintain physical infrastructure and cloud assets.
- Prepare and update technical documentation.
- Assist with other cross-functional ad-hoc tasks.
