HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you are to assist in carrying out the full spectrum of human resource and organization development functions, including but not limited to the following:
- Define, formulate, implement and manage Human Resource policies in the areas of manpower planning, compensation and benefits, human resource development, and employee relations and ensure that all policies are consistent and in line with Corporate/Company objectives.
- Establish the overall training direction and strategy; identify, plan and implement core programs such as succession planning, competency based and career planning development
- Responsible for recruitment of staff, including recruitment advertisements and interviews
- Perform HR administrative duties such as e-leave records, payroll & overtime
- Process staff training requests, medical and hospital claims
- Conduct orientation for new staff
- Assist in the review, recommendation and implementation of compensation and benefit schemes
- Assist in the review, recommendation and implementation of reward, recognition and incentive programs to retain and attract employees of the right caliber to achieve corporate objectives
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $3,600.00 per month
