Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool HR Manager located in Singapore. The Preschool HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, managing HRMS, onboarding new employees, employee relations, and performance management. The HR Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive work environments
  • Able to manage
    Human Resource Management System
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
