**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate, follow up, and actively engage in stakeholder communication, particularly with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

2. Responsible for identifying, researching, and gathering information on current and prospective projects related to NGOs and CSOs, as well as categorizing, filing, registering, and regularly updating the data.

3. Develop and regularly update the communication action plan for NGOs and CSOs in conjunction with the budget for the company's major projects. Additionally, actively monitor and participate in the plan's implementation, while effectively managing the allocated budget.

4. Responsible for cultivating and strengthen relationships with project stakeholders, while adeptly planning, coordinating, and organizing meetings, events, and collaborative initiatives.

5. Assisting in the promotion of project publicity activities, while preparing and organizing the necessary materials.

6. Proficient in organizing the selection process for project proposals, drafting contracts, evaluating projects, and arranging training sessions and seminars, as well as dissemination activities.

7. Responsible for drafting progress reports, project reports, and accurate minutes of critical meetings.

8. Assisting in communication efforts with internal staff, external experts, media outlets, and the public.

9. Complete other tasks required by superiors.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in environment and biodiversity, sociology, public relations, management is preferred.

2. Working experience in international NGOs and project management research is preferred.

3. Experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation is preferred.

4. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, problem management, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.

5. Fluency in spoken and written communication in English and Chinese so that can liaise with the English and Chinese counterparties.

6. Strong adaptability, ability to work independently and contribute constructively to the team.

7. Willing to travel to Guinea, West Africa and else.
