The Corporate Communications (Senior) Executive will be responsible for developing the Company’s brand corporate communication strategy as well as managing the brand’s visual identity. The incumbent will support the development of initiatives related to internal branding, employer branding and corporate brand communications.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Corporate Identity Design & Management**
- Coordination of the design and execution for all corporate materials, guidelines artwork templates and creative communication materials including EDMs, presentations, reports, training materials, packaging, videos and corporate marketing materials for the Charles & Keith brand
- Manage vendors for accurate and efficient production of materials
- Maintain the brand visual identity guidelines and ensure that it is constantly accessible to all business units

**Internal Communications**
- Planning campaign calendar of online platforms e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn and the acquisition of followers
- Partner with Group Talent Success and Sustainability teams to develop communication strategies for various internal employee engagement and employer branding campaigns
- Support internal communication for the Group, planning and developing engaging content and activities to build a feeling of community among Charles & Keith employees

**CSR and Corporate Volunteering Programme**
- NGO search and partnership for the group to support our Group commitment towards women and children
- Plan and implement monthly volunteering programme which includes event execution, management of volunteers and charity partners
- Measure the impact of volunteering programme versus company goals and SM engagement

**Corporate Brand Communications**
- Support the development of all communications and initiatives for branding and corporate needs for the Group
- Collaborate with various business teams to ensure brand strategy and visual identity are understood and upheld

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Design Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in corporate communications
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
