**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Assist Group Rewards Lead with benchmarking global benefit schemes.
This includes:
a. identifying the correct survey resources and collating market trends
b. making preliminary proposals for upgrades and re-design
c. liaising with vendors for implementation
d. Working with internal HR operational colleagues to design efficient administration
e. Collate and submit data for benefits surveys
- Oversee escalated concerns for Singapore Headquarter Benefit Administration, including billing discrepancies and vendor management.
- Design and administer SG Wellness calendar of activities to promote employee wellbeing
- Assist Group Rewards lead in implementing ad-hoc benefits like Long Service Award, recognition awards and other benefit projects.
- Assist team mate in completion of Compensation salary surveys and Job Architecture project implementation
- Provide operational assistance on mobility transfers
- Degree-holder with Human Resources (or related discipline) background. A diploma-holder with at least 2-years’ HR operational experience may also apply.
- A keen interest to learn about Human Resources and experience first-hand, how Compensation & Benefit policies impact the Employee Life Cycle and Employee Value Proposition.
- A self-starter with the ability to connect the dots, form meaningful collaborations with colleagues (HR business partners/ Finance partners and vendors) and who enjoys working with data will find this role fulfilling.
